We source our ingredients from the same Toyosu Market as sushi restaurants. We also deal with wines that are not widely distributed in Japan, thanks to our small-scale importers and direct deliveries from Germany. There are items that you can only eat and drink here. Our primary goal is to provide fun experiences that can only be had here. Of course, we strive daily to ensure our offerings are delicious, but we also aim to provide a fun experience for our guests. Please come and visit us with high expectations.
We have dishes featuring fresh seafood and courses where you can fully enjoy MARE. We also offer a selection of wines, cocktails, and carefully selected non-alcoholic drinks to accompany your meal. Whether you love alcohol or prefer not to drink, you can thoroughly enjoy your time here.
The seating arrangement includes:
- 9 seats at the main counter
- 5 seats at the open kitchen counter
- 10 table seats
We have no dress code or age restrictions at our restaurant. We also accept bookings for events such as initial meetups and baby's first meal celebrations.
We are fully prepared to ensure that you can enjoy your time here, whether you're just having a plate of pasta or a single drink.
We offer a variety of seasonal ingredients such as seafood, meat, and vegetables. Depending on the season, we also provide delicacies such as young sardines (SHINKO), wild meat, and truffles.
